Group Classes - In Studio / Live Online
COVID-19 compliant studio for small, socially distanced classes or live online classes and get all the attention and expertise of a studio class in the comfort of your own home. Join Core Power Training for expert instruction that will strengthen, sculpt and even out the strengths and weaknesses of your body. The individual attention, whether in the studio or online, leaves you feeling like you are in a private class.

Recorded Live Group Classes
This is a great option if you have a busy schedule and can't fit in the scheduled group classes or privates, or if you are going away and need more flexibility. You now have the option of buying recorded live group classes that you can do in your own time but still have the benefit of feeling like you are in a group class.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR ONLINE CLASSES
Please come prepared to online classes with a mat, a big ball, small ball, a resistance band and a set of weights to suit your strength.
Weights - if you are new to strength training, I recommend starting with 1kg to 1.5kg weights and you can build-up from there.
Big Ball - the taller you are, the bigger the ball should be but on average the 65cm ball should be fine. If you are really tall then a 75cm ball will be better.
Resistance bands - if you want to purchase just one and are new to these exercises then opt for a light band. If you are unsure what to buy then please chat to me and I shall happily assist.
